Aussie
Country Catering is owned and managed by Margaret and Darryl Jackson
located at Gulgong NSW (near Mudgee).
The
business started in 1997 a short time after their oldest daughter wanted a
marquee wedding. A suitable marquee could not be found for hire at that
time so one was purchased by Margaret and Darryl.
This
marquee was later provided for hire to partner their catering business.
Since then the company hire list has continued to grow with modern silk
lined marquees with arch windows and entrance, with a complete fit out of
chairs, chair covers, tables, tablecloths, lighting, crockery, cutlery,
flooring, etc. See our “hire list” (link) for a comprehensive list all
our hire items.
Not
satisfied with “alternate drop” meals at weddings, Margaret and Darryl
provide a menu suited to our country appetites. A typical menu will
include platters of nibblies, followed by a baked dinner of freshly
prepared meats and vegetables, then a choice of 5 or so desserts. Your
guests will be satisfied and impressed and remember your wedding as “the
one with the great dinner”.
We
cater for all types of events and specialise particularly in Garden
Weddings at rural locations. Our menu has also grown to suit these
weddings.
The
hire items and menus are tailored to suit your location, budget and
tastes.
Margaret
and Darryl’s aim is to provide a hassle free function with excellent
service and delicious food.
